The Marketing and Business Development Assistant supports the Marketing and Sales Manager by conducting market research, assisting in campaign execution, maintaining client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. This role involves administrative and strategic tasks to enhance the company's market presence and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1) Assist in the creation, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns. 2) Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships. 3) Assist in lead generation and follow-ups with potential clients. 4) Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to encourage repeat business. 5) Support contract and agreement negotiations. 6) To coordinate between different departments internally and communicate with external parties for project tendering. 7) Any other related duties connected with the Company's business. 8) To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior. Qualifications & Skills: 1) Diploma or equivalent education. 2) 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative, marketing or customer support roles. 3) Mandarin is advantageous. 4) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 5) Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. 6) Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
