Job Description
- Office Operations & Management
- Maintain office supplies, order new stock, and ensure that the office space is clean, organised, and functional.
- Maintain accurate records of office transactions, expenses, and inventories.
- Greet visitors and clients, and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel. - Scheduling & Administrative Support:
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations. Organise and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist team members with administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows remain uninterrupted.
- Help with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed. - Document Management
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of company records in compliance with company policies.
- Process employee leave applications, track leave balances, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle employee claims, including travel reimbursements, medical claims, and other company-related expenses, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
