Job Description
- Compensation & Rewards Planning:
- Work closely with the HR head to plan and implement fair, competitive, and equitable compensation packages across all staff levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives, industry standards and trends.
- Develop and manage rewards programs, including performance-based incentives, bonuses, recognition programs, and employee benefits that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices. Support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and the development of salary structures. - Payroll Management:
- Assist with the accurate processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other compensations.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory payments such as EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and other required contributions to statutory bodies.
- Oversee the employee claims process, ensuring adherence to company policies and limits on allowable claims.
- Support the HR head in ensuring compliance with company policies regarding employee benefits, entitlements, and reward schemes. - Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with applicable labour laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with government regulations and maintaining accurate documentation of compensation and benefits data.
- Provide accurate compensation and benefits reports to the HR Manager, Finance Department, and senior management.
