Job description Analyse short-term and long-term business plans through Capacity reports to ensure that manufacturing sites have the needed capacity to perform as planned. Understand current Capacity Models and systems. Understand capacity theories and parameters such utilization, lot size, and processing times. Key deliverables: Drive various capacity improvement activities to meet planned Flexible Capacity Targets. Network Capacity balance to optimize budget, including planning for assets transfer plan. Work closely with network partners on accurate capacity representation and modelling. Capable of drafting new plant layout or revise existing plan layout using AutoCAD or equivalent software. Key job elements Collaborate with network multi-functional teams to ensure seamless communication. Understand current Capacity Models and systems (CSM and SPO). Understand capacity theories and parameters such Utilization, lot size, Processing times etc. Influence decision making process to optimize the network capacity. Quarterly/Monthly to support network budgeting and funding activities via network capacity balancing. Draft RFQ for new product/ existing product as when required. Provide revised layout for productivity improvement or space utilization. Experiences Proven experience in a role that requires strong communication and teamwork skills Understand capacity modelling concept Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, etc. Keen in semiconductor industry
