Program Executive

*Job Overview:* The Program Executive will work closely with the Program Manager/Business Unit Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the machining and sheet metal industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1) Project Planning: -Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with team members -Develop detailed project plans & timelines, -Identify and document project requirements, risks, and constraints 2)Project Execution: -Follow up and manage project teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule -Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, including internal departments, vendors, and contractors. -Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to address issues or changes in scope. -able to make snap decision base on the situation to meet the target. 3) Project Closure: -Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved by team members and customer. -Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify lessons learned. -Document and archive project files for future reference 4) Documentation and Reporting: -Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and progress report -Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. 5) Continuous Improvement: -Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to the development of best practices in project management. Experience: -3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects. -Experience in specific industries (Machining, Sheet Metal & Weldment)
