- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in cooking and food preparation in a similar setting (café, restaurant).
- Native Mandarin Speaker Required
- A Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred but not always required.
- Strong leadership, team management and excellent communication skills to effectively manage kitchen staff and coordinate with other departments.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene, and kitchen regulations.
- Ability to manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
