
Accounts HR Admin Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)
Key Responsibilities: Accounting: • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations. • Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing and reporting. • Prepare financial reports, account reconciliation, and maintain accurate records. • Support annual audit processes and liaise with external auditors. • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (E-invoice, corporate tax, etc.) and government submissions. HR Functions: • Assist with payroll processing and statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB). • Maintain and update employee records, leave management, and attendance. • Support recruitment and onboarding processes. • Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies. • Coordinate with insurance providers for staff coverage and claims. Administrative Duties: • Oversee office administrative tasks including supplies and facilities. • Organise and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital records. • Prepare letters, memos, and official documents when required. • Support cross-departmental communication and provide general administrative assistance.
Requirements: • At least LCCI Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, HR, or admin. • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken & written). • Knowledge of SQL Accounting software is an advantage. • Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws, statutory regulations, and HR practices. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Well-organised, analytical, and a problem-solver. • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
