Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall kitchen operations.
  • Ensure great presentation and food quality are consistent before the food are served.
  • Manage the work station with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
  • Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies and kitchen equipment.
  • Control the food cost to achieve the budgeted profitability.
  • Maintains cleanliness at kitchen areas all the time and ensure health and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Ensure employees are effectively trained, guided & well performed.
  • Collaborates with other Crews at the restaurant.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Outlet Head Chef.
