Job Description:
- Responsible for overall kitchen operations.
- Ensure great presentation and food quality are consistent before the food are served.
- Manage the work station with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Control the food cost to achieve the budgeted profitability.
- Maintains cleanliness at kitchen areas all the time and ensure health and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Ensure employees are effectively trained, guided & well performed.
- Collaborates with other Crews at the restaurant.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Outlet Head Chef.
