  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Trade Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support both the trade marketing and sales teams by driving brand visibility and boosting sales through well-executed trade marketing initiatives. You will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and analyzing campaigns across multiple retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies that align with overall sales objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to plan and roll out promotional campaigns across retail partners and channels.

  • Coordinate the production and timely distribution of marketing materials such as point-of-sale (POS) displays, promotional kits, and in-store branding assets.

  • Support the planning and execution of product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement events.

  • Conduct regular market and competitor research to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities for brand growth.

  • Track and analyze the performance of trade marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
