Production Data Collection & Entry
- Go to the production floor daily to collect daily production data from each work station (cutting, drilling, assembly, packing).
- Ensure data is clear and correct before entering IT into an Excel report
- Cross-check errors with workers and report repeated mistakes to the Production Manager.
Finished Goods Tracking & SO Completion Report
- Maintain and update records of packed finished goods.
- Update Sales Order (SO) completion status
- Provide clear visibility of finished stock to the sales team.
Labour Utilization & Costing Support
- Record number of workers and hours per station, along with production output and SO number.
Logistics & Shipment Loading coordination
- Coordinate outgoing deliveries for shipment to customers or 3rd party warehouses based on sales team instructions.
- Supervise loading of finished goods into trucks.
- Update SAP inventory records daily to reflect accurate FG stock.
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and packing lists in SAP
- Stock Management of Product , & Components
- Maintain a clear visibility of stock quantity and storage location using proper racking numbers.
- Daily tracking and control of stock include Record stock added , Record stock taken
- Ensure physical stock and recorded stock balance match accurately at all times.
Daily Work Prioritization:
- Before 11 AM, Complete and submit the production output report.
- After 11 AM, Focus on stock control, logistics, S.O completion tracking, finished goods management, and loading coordination.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
- Able to use basic Excel for data entry, and basic computer skill
- Good communication skills to interact with production workers , colleagues and management.
- Physically fit to move around the factory floor and assist with loading when needed.
- Detail-oriented to ensure accurate production and stock records.
- Responsible and trustworthy, as this role involves handling important data and shipments.
- Able to learn quickly about our range of cable ladder and tray products within 3 months.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics is an advantage but not required.
