As a Level 3 Network Engineer, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.
The role:
As a Level 3 Network Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:
• Support and maintain network (LAN, WAN) including upgrading hardware, installing software and monitoring performance.
• Support and maintain critical data centre networks.
• Support and maintain network security systems including firewalls and network access control
• Support project work as an SME for network services
• Collaborate with architecture teams on the design of network services for offices around the world
• As part of a team participate in 3rd line incident troubleshooting and resolution
• As part of a team participate in 3rd line service request fulfilment.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
• Cisco CCNA & CCNP Routing & Switching qualifications
• Experience configuring & administering cloud network infrastructure (Azure & AWS)
• Experience with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
• Experience of maintaining and configuring complex LANs for multi-national organisations
