Seeking professional, proactive and hardworking multi-taskers who can build good rapport with other team members and clients to administer the general administrative duties in a therapy center for children and their families.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Able to work independently in a multitasking and child friendly environment in handling the front desk of the center and ensuring easy flow of entering and exiting of children from the center
  • Handle and liaise friendly and professional communication between the center, parents and children
  • Systematic and orderly in handling scheduling of appointments and answering inquiries via phone, messages and emails and filing system.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Handle transactions of payments of sales and expenses accurately.
  • Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
  • Able to follow instructions accurately and be willing to provide ideas to improve service.
  • Well versed, fluent and courteous in spoken and written local languages. Must handle opening and closing of center.
  • Versatile to do some monthly tasks outside of center.
  • Must have basic knowledge of bookkeeping and analysis of expenditures for inputting data
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
  • Proficiency in English and Malay, other languages is a plus
  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
  • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Own transportation is a plus
