
Supply Chain Assistant
Location: Bandar Baru Bangi
Full Time: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing & Coordination:
• Assist with order management, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, track order fulfillment
2. Inventory Management:
• Monitor stock levels, inventory control, replenishment orders
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, assist with data entry.
4. Supplier and Vendor Management:
• Vendor communications, track vendor performance, support negotiations
5. Logistics & Distribution Support:
• Coordinate shipments, organize transportation, monitor delivery performance
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
• Support procurement, assist finance and accounts, work with the sales team
7. Customer Service Support:
• Address supply chain-related queries, resolve issues
Qualifications:
• Proficient in SQL
• Proficient in Mandarin
