- To prepare P&L, Balance Sheet Schedule.
- To liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers and other.
- Handling of accounts payable such as perform payable’s functions, coding and processing of supplier invoices and attend to request for cheque payment.
- Handling of accounts receivable such as monitor cash sales and credit card sales collection.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned from time to time by the supervisor or manager.
- Candidate must possess at least LCCI, Diploma, Advance//Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accounting or any professional accounting certificate.
- At least 1~2 years of working experience.
- Must be computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
- UBS knowledge and accounting double entry will be an added advantage.
- MANDARIN speaking candidate are encouraged to apply ( To liaise with Mandarin speaking customer )
- Able to work immediately will be an advantage.
