- Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated empathy towards customers' concerns and the patience to handle difficult situations with grace and professionalism.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to accurately record customer information, orders, and interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business priorities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
