a) Customer Relationship Management • Build rapport and professional relationships with key customers including surgeons, oncologists, nurses and NGOs • Act as the product champion by providing customers and patients with the right solution promptly • Perform after-sales support and technical assistance in the usage of products sold to the end users • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction b) Sales Target • Achieve sales and distribution targets monthly and yearly • Grow the business potential in all related products • Recruit JPA / WGS / Zakat / MAKNA applicants and follow up thoroughly • Identify business opportunities, formulate account strategies and ensure effective implementation of the action plan • Ensure sales activities are being documented, and sales reports are to be kept updated • Achieve floating clinic KPIs • Participate in events and support teamwork activities to achieve marketing goals c) Education Awareness and Support • Conduct Continuous Medical Education (CME) to various healthcare professionals with assistance from the marketing team • Conduct presentations to potential customers when required including social department in the hospitals • Raise product awareness via various cancer awareness campaigns with hospital and NGO support groups including Look Good Feel Better d) Product Detailing • Responsible for conducting product detailing to surgical and oncology doctors and nurses • Responsible for conducting user training on Paxman Scalp Cooling, Lymphatism Machine, and other devices as assigned e) Patient Care and Fitting • Provide personalized consultation and fitting services for patients in the hospitals and in Can-Care’s outlet whenever necessary • Assist in product-related queries and provide solutions • Manage floating clinics on designated days in hospitals to generate higher patient leads • Assist in ad-hoc matters. Requirement and Skillset: • At least 2-3 years of working experience in Clinical, Sales and Marketing within the healthcare sector • Preferably candidate with Science background • Candidates must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English to conduct educational talks or public events. • Processes strong sense of self-initiative • A fast-learner who can be on-the-go quickly and work independently • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • A good team player • Strong in follow up and keep all relevant parties posted on the progress • Good time management • Must be able to travel outstation • Required to have own transport • Area of coverage: Southern Region (1 Vacancy) and Central & East Coast Region (1 Vacancy)
