  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Additional language is an added advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance – proactive, resourceful, and customer-oriented
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in the retail industry
  • Comfortable using digital technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and administrative skills
  • A team player with a strong sense of ownership and commitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
