Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support new employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation sessions, and site-specific training.
  • Help manage employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee benefits programs and ensure accurate records for payroll processing.
  • Provide administrative support for performance management and talent development programs.
  • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives focused on improving company culture and workforce efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Interest in human resources and a desire to grow within the HR field, particularly in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, safety regulations, and HR best practices in construction or manufacturing is a plus (but not required).
