Your role is to:
-Provide technical support to clients using our POS systems via phone, email, or in-person interactions
-Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems client sites
-Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network connectivity problems and configuration errors
-Collaborate with senior support staff to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
-Deliver training sessions to clients on the proper use and maintenance of our POS systems
-Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of client issues and resolutions
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in POS Systems to provide informed support and advice
Requirements:
-Full training provided; no prior experience necessary.
-Preferably 1-2 years IT experience, especially in retail/F&B or loyalty systems; fresh graduates welcome.
-Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
-Personal transportation required; willingness to travel when needed.
-Interest in technology and openness to learning new skills.
-Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to assist.
-Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia required,proficiency in other languages a plus.
