  • Responsible for providing prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries regarding technical issues, including data entry, data package export/import, and aircraft configuration.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integrity issues resulting from inconsistent data transfers between different software systems and varying work methods.
  • Assist customer with data audits, serve as the primary point of contact for addressing audit findings with customers, and propose solutions as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized database of aircraft and component technical records in the maintenance system, ensuring traceability of component and aircraft histories while reporting any abnormalities identified.
  • Lead the troubleshooting and normalization of any irregularities found in maintenance records, ensuring a clean database and preventing interruptions during the implementation of new systems
  • Identify necessary approaches and organize activities related to system health, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot any errors identified.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of automation initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of data migration and accommodating specific unique scenarios as required.
  • Ensure operational KPI are within healthy level.
  • Continuous improvement to share good practice, share lesson learnt, streamline work process and improve productivity

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Aircraft Maintenance software and excellent knowledge of Aircraft Component Turnaround gained through experience.
  • Basic awareness of Aviation Supply Chain and Aircraft Maintenance operations.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or IT or equivalent education.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year (excluding OJT/internship) in Aviation Technical Record or Minimum 2 years (excluding OJT/internship) in Maintenance Planning.
  • Aircraft technical records background.
  • Record, Archive & Migration experience
  • Aircraft Maintenance operations experience.
  • Knowledge on regulatory, supply chain and logistics in aviation scope.
  • Mastering MRO ERP or MIS software for technical records.
  • Knowledge and experience of Aircraft Maintenance operations is required.
  • Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Time management, multi-task and autonomous.
  • Advanced level of English.

  • Local citizen or foreigner with authorization to work in Malaysia, relocate/commute to work at Cyberjaya, Sepang areas
