Accounts Payable (AP):
- Manage end-to-end AP processes: invoice processing, payments, and vendor management.
- Ensure timely, accurate payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile AP accounts in line with company policies.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Oversee full AR cycle: invoicing, collections, and cash applications.
- Ensure prompt billing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile AR accounts and resolve disputes efficiently.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement AP/AR process enhancements and automation.
- Streamline workflows to boost accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare AP/AR reports with actionable insights.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
Compliance & Audit:
- Ensure adherence to policies, accounting standards, and local regulations.
- Support audit processes with required documentation and responses.
Collaboration:
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers for issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth AP/AR operations aligned with SSC goals.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
- Able to speak in Mandarin
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting roles, with focus on AP/AR in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.
- Strong understanding of AP/AR processes, multi-entity accounting, and SSC workflows.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software.
Shift (Office-based; Choose one):
- Morning (TW & HK Account), normal hour
- Night Shift (US Account); with RM1000 fixed allowance provided on top of basic
