Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the accuracy and security of fuel cargo inventory for all vessels of the company. 2. Verify and validate fuel cargo inventory and movement to ensure 100% accuracy in all company vessels’ tank quantities (weight, volume, and distribution) and documentation. Maintain real-time precise record for each loading and bunkering operation to support flawless billing and operational integrity. 3. Develop, implement, and review fuel cargo management policies to prevent losses, theft and contamination while enhancing efficiency in bunkering and loading operations. 4. Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to fuel cargo by collaborating with internal teams and external parties, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure timely and effective solutions. 5. Oversee and manage all aspects of vessels’ fuel cargo storage, handling, and operations to ensure optimal fuel quality and quantity to deliver reliable and compliant bunkering services to client. 6. Scrutinize vessel management operations to ensure all aspects of the vessels, including safety and hygiene, compliance, maintenance, and operational efficiency, are meticulously executed and maintained. 7. Support the Company operations team to optimize the fuel cargo planning to enhance vessel performance, operational efficiency, and seamless fuel cargo provision. 8. Monitor, evaluate, and improve fuel cargo storage and handling processes to reduce costs, minimize delays, and enhance overall productivity. 9. Train and mentor the company team on accurate fuel cargo calculations, data verification, and storage best practices to foster expertise, minimize discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in the Company performance. 10. Uphold operational standard by closely monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety compliance and standard operating procedures (SOPs) among vessel crews onboard to ensure a safe and secure operational environment. 11. Present and deliver clear, concise, and timely reports to the top management.
