Sales and Customer Service

Handling incoming customer inquiries and providing accurate and timely responses Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order placement Providing a high level of customer service to build strong, lasting relationships Supporting the sales team by identifying potential new business opportunities Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met Attending to customer complaints and finding effective resolutions What we're looking for Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of success Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Proficient in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office suite Positive attitude and a team-player mindset Relevant experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
