
Onboarding Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) – Multi-Currency Platform
Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all client records comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulatory standards in a timely and accurate manner. KYC Review & Verification:Review and verify KYC data to ensure records are accurate, complete, and meet internal and external compliance requirements. Enhanced Due Diligence:Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk or sensitive clients as required. Customer Onboarding:Oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey — from initial sign-up to first transaction — ensuring a smooth and supportive customer experience. Customer Advocacy & Collaboration:Act as the voice of the customer internally by identifying gaps and initiating cross-functional projects to drive improvements in the onboarding process.
- Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Onboarding, or Customer Success roles.KYC (Know Your Customer) experience is mandatory.
- Education:Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Language Skills:Strong proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Working Hours:Must be open to rotational shifts, including weekends.Shift options include:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
