  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: PRECISION TURNER MACHINE SPECIALIST LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN BHD seeks a PRECISION TURNER MACHINE SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Write and optimize G-code/M-code programs for CNC turning operations. • Create advanced CNC programs using CAM software • Customize and apply macro programming to automate repetitive tasks. • Integrate multi-tasking operations • Setup and operate multi-axis CNC lathes, including twin spindle machines. • Program complex turning cycles: contouring, threading, boring, and grooving. • program live tooling operations for C/Y-axis lathes • Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code), CAD/CAM software, and machine control systems. • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements and tolerances. • Document tool life and part consistency using SPC methods. • Ensure part compliance with GD&T • Simulate programs in virtual environments to detect potential collisions or overcuts. • Maintain and update a centralized program library with version control. • Perform manual code adjustments on-machine to optimize performance. • Adjust offsets for diameter, length, and wear compensation during production. • Achieve tight tolerances (±0.002 mm or less) consistently. • Apply multi-start threading and thread relief programming. • Calibrate turning processes using CMM data feedback. • Apply tool nose radius compensation (G41/G42) effectively in toolpaths. • Develop cycle time reduction strategies through code optimization. • Optimize tool selection to maximize life and reduce tool changes. • Assist in training junior programmers or operators on machine usage. • Support prototype development and R&D programs with rapid-turn programming. • Ensure full documentation and traceability for ISO/AS9100/IATF standards. • Analyze downtime or scrap reports to identify programming errors. • Continuously improve your programming through post-job evaluations and audits. Required Skills: The required skills for the position PRECISION TURNER MACHINE SPECIALIST are as follow: Min 5 years’ experience in PRECISION TURNER MACHINE Candidate must possess relevant education certification.
