Tax Administrator Job Summary: The Tax Administrator supports the tax department to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate should be independent, deadline-driven, and able to handle tasks discreetly. Key Responsibilities: Manage communication with clients and tax authorities regarding refunds, appeals, and audits. Verify expenses and coordinate daily office operations. Schedule and coordinate meetings, resolve conflicts, and manage internal/external meetings. Handle telephone inquiries and ensure timely message distribution. Process invoices and expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide overflow support in tax return compliance, special projects, and daily administrative tasks. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role in professional services, tax, or related fields. Knowledge of direct, indirect, and transfer pricing. Strong organisational, communication, and phone etiquette skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude. Ability to work well in a team and develop relationships with peers and clients. Dedicated, innovative, and able to work under pressure. Additional Requirements: 1.
