HR Executive
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field in education;
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field;
Required language (s): Mandarin, English (to deal with Mandarin and English speaking client);
Good understanding of HR practices and statutory requirements.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Prepare and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation.
Maintain and update accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation.
Track and process employee leave, attendance, and medical/petty cash claims.
Coordinate employee engagement programs and company activities.
Assist in training coordination and performance review tracking.
Support monthly payroll preparation by providing necessary HR data.
Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with Malaysian labor laws.
Assist with general office administration and internal communication.
