JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field in education;

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field;

  • Required language (s): Mandarin, English (to deal with Mandarin and English speaking client);

  • Good understanding of HR practices and statutory requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Prepare and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation.

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation.

  • Track and process employee leave, attendance, and medical/petty cash claims.

  • Coordinate employee engagement programs and company activities.

  • Assist in training coordination and performance review tracking.

  • Support monthly payroll preparation by providing necessary HR data.

  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with Malaysian labor laws.

  • Assist with general office administration and internal communication.
