Logistics Coordination • Schedule deliveries, manage transportation, and optimize shipping routes for cost and efficiency. Supervision of Warehouse Staff • Hire, train, schedule, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to staff. Safety Compliance • Enforce safety procedures, conduct inspections, and provide safety training to staff. Equipment Maintenance • Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards. Space Optimization • Maximize warehouse efficiency through layout and storage solutions, accommodating inventory fluctuations. Documentation and Record-Keeping • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities. Customer Service • Liaise with internal departments and customers to fulfill orders, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Cost Management • Manage the warehouse budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Continuous Improvement • Identify and implement process improvements, new technologies, and staff training to increase efficiency.
