Wireline Field Engineer/Lead Technician

A.RESPONSIBILITIES •Supervising and guiding the crew assigned •Control quality of our E-Line Services during all phases of the operation and to ensure that products of highest quality are delivered to the client. •Perform all reporting and administrative duties concerning the field operation •Ensure all tools are maintain systematically and keep it at state of readiness •Ensure all calibrations are valid prior to jobs •Able to trouble-shoot equipment during critical situation and manage difficult client •Status of assets assigned is up to date. •All supplies and spares are available to be used offshore •Evaluate Crews appraisal and give feedbacks. •Participate actively in training of his/her assigned crew. •Takes instruction in all aspects of the work for which training has been given •Reports all malfunctions or suspected areas of trouble to the appropriate personnel HSE Responsibilities •Attend and participate in safety event or programs. •Take reasonable care for the safety and health of people •Implementation and maintenance of all barriers assigned in Safety Case including: •Shift Handover. •WL PMS including critical spares. •Install, pressure test and function test well control equipment. •Secondary well control. •Restricted Areas/Barricades and Warning sign. •Explosives safety critical tasks. •Safety of all personnel involved in WL operations. •Implementation and maintenance of all barriers assigned in Safety Case including: •Shift Handover. •WL PMS including critical spares. •Install, pressure test and function test well control equipment. •Secondary well control. •Restricted Areas/Barricades and Warning sign. •Explosives safety critical tasks. •Safety of all personnel involved in WL operations. B. REQUIREMENTS •Must possessed at least High School Certificate •Valid IWCF Level 4 •At least 5 years’ experience in oil and gas
