Job description: 1. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. 2. Monitor production lines and workflow to identify and resolve issues promptly. 3. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. 4. Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to achieve high performance and engagement. 5. Maintain and update ISO documentation in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001). 6. Assist in planning and conducting internal audits in line with ISO and company requirements. 7. Support external audits by preparing required documents, facilitating auditor visits, and ensuring non-conformities are addressed. 8. Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize productivity and ensure consistent operations. 9. Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Planning departments to ensure smooth operations. 10. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues and process deviations. 11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, Lean, Kaizen) to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. 12. Prepare daily production reports, analyze data, and provide feedback to management. Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. • Minimum 2-5years of experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably in plastic manufacturing or related industry. • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, internal auditing processes, and documentation. • Experience in creating and implementing SOPs. • Familiar with internal and external audit procedures and requirements. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production/reporting systems. ________________________________________ Preferred Skills: • Experience with extrusion plastic processes. • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
