
Sous Chef
· Good attitude, hard-working, motivated & people person.
· Good communication and leadership skill
· Willing to stay back when needed to.

· Willing to work with other people from another country
· Experience in F&B of at least 4 years
· Onboarding/Train new employees and ensure current employees follow SOPs
· To train junior chefs.
· To oversee the operations, when the Head Chef is not around
· Ability to perform administrative tasks when required to do so, such as ordering.
· Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks.
· Cooking and preparing high quality dishes.
· Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
