1) Area/Region Responsibilities • Identify and engage key hospital staff overseeing Breast surgery and cancer activities in the region • Translate Cancare MY’s strategies for implementation in Klang Valley and any assigned coverage area • Maintain oversight on staff morale, required training and staff benefits • Represent Cancare MY leadership in Klang Valley and any assigned coverage area for daily decisions 2) Sales Lead Responsibilities a) Sales Management • Setting sales targets, monitoring sales and motivating the sales team for Klang Valley and any assigned coverage area • Prioritize resources for the key customers and prospects • Identify the sales initiative and explore alternate ways to improve sales b) Relationship Management • Build rapport and professional relationships with breast surgeons, oncologists, nurses, and NGOs • To act as product champion by providing customers/patients with the right solutions promptly • To provide after-sales service and technical assistance in the usage of products sold to the end users • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction c) Education Awareness and Support • To conduct Continuous Medical Educations (CMEs) to various healthcare professionals with the assistance of marketing team • To conduct product presentation to potential customers when required including social departments in the hospitals • To raise product awareness via various cancer awareness campaigns with hospitals and NGOs support groups, including Look Good Feel Better and Can-Care Wellness Program d) Other Duties • Any other duties that may be given to you from time to time by the company or your reporting superior • Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned Requirement and Skillset: • At least 3-4 years of working experience in Clinical, Sales and Marketing within the healthcare sector • Background in clinical nursing/allied health, experience in oncology and/or palliative setting is preferred. • Passion to support cancer survivors and understanding of the journey of cancer patient. • Conduct presentation with partners and communicate with patients, negotiate with vendors • Able to use Microsoft Office tools for reporting • Required to travel (within region) • Required to have own transport
