Role & Responsibilities -Conserves superior’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents. -Responsible to maintain good filing system & proper documentation. -Distribution of incoming mails and postage of outgoing mails. -Responsible for tender documentation and supporting documents. -Manage overall general office administrative including office upkeep & cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, supply of stationeries & related task. -Prepare and process OT forms for technicians, ensuring accurate recording of overtime worked and timely submission for approval. -Prepare and manage claim forms for employees, ensuring accurate documentation of expenses and timely processing. -Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure that both OT and claim forms are submitted, reviewed, and approved efficiently. -Perform any other related duties as and when assigned. Qualifications & Requirements -Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain or Office Administration. -Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. -Good team player with ability to work independently & under pressure.
