KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES - Manage a high volume of inbound calls efficiently. - Address and resolve customer feedback and inquiries. - Deliver exceptional and timely support to clients through professional and proactive customer service. - Respond to customer interactions across various channels including calls, emails, online support, faxes, postal mail, social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), live chat, WhatsApp, and letters. - Fully and accurately handle customer inquiries to ensure complete satisfaction. - Input customer data and relevant information into the call center database. - Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of customer data. - Work on a 24/7 rotating shift basis. - Adapt to various ad hoc tasks as required. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - Minimum of a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. - Strong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to help others. - At least 1 year of experience in a related field is a plus. - Previous customer service experience is advantageous. - Fluent in both spoken and written English/Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
