• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Position - Customer Service Representative
Location - KL Sentral
Working hrs – 9am to 6pm (Mon – Fri) (PH requires to work – RL)
Budget – RM4000 – 4300 + KPI – RM300
Education – SPM with relevant Exp
Diploma or above – Fresh Grad
Job Scope – Chats, Phone calls & emails
Example – License benefits, Subscription usage? Invoice handling?

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Required language(s): Mandarin/ Cantonese and English
• Work on site: KL Sentral
• 5 days a week
