1. To ensure process of registration of all vehicles, (sales invoices, invoices for disbursement of H/P Loan paperwork for MYEG & JPJ ownership transfer) 2. To prepare and monitor the insurance cover policy and road tax., as well for renewal. 3. To monitor and coordinate fleet process of all new unit vehicles. 4. To handle, distribute and compile incoming and outgoing correspondence between branch and head office. 5. To monitor daily booking report, sales registration report, daily collection report and registration report submission of whole admin department in timely manner. 6. To monitor and keep record of all vehicles purchases and relevant documents. 7. Undertake other administrative support duties as assigned
