Admin Executives (2 Roles Available) JOB DESCRIPTION Are you organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to a growing team? We're looking for two Admin Executives to support our operations and management: Focused on HR, Finance, and Key Administrative Support. RESPONSIBILITIES Payroll, Accounts Receivable & Payable, Invoice Generation (AutoCount), Financial data and account department coordination, Bank Approvals (Maker Role). HR: Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding, Employee Records, KPI and sop Updates, HRDF training arrangements. Administration: Government-Related Tasks Projects & Others: Project documentation, quotation management, VO & Omission Tracking Key Responsibilities for Admin 2 (Operational & Support Tasks): JOB REQUIREMENTS Admin 1 (HR/Finance & Administrative Support) Minimum qualifications required certification/Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge in finance and HR preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with on-the-job training provided. Proficient in accounting software (AutoCount) and HR processes. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Able to handle multiple tasks and solve problems independently. Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin (intermediate level acceptable).
