Supervise and monitor staff performance and work assignments. 7. Manage the IT department's budget, including cost control measures and vendor negotiations. 8. Procure hardware, software and services while ensuring cost effectiveness. 9. Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive hospital data. 10. Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to hospital operations. 11. Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments. 12. Perform other work related tasks as assigned by management.
