IT Project Manager

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements PMP certified (preferred). • Minimum 10 years of experience as project manager in implementing IT projects. • Experience in managing projects (end-to-end) in financial or banking industries. • Experience in software development and system implementation. • Systems Integration Practices, Technologies and Tools • Critical Applications relating to Cards and Consumer Banking • ITIL Framework • Various SDLC (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and Automated Tools • Project Management Methodologies and Processes • Banking Functions and Operating Environment • Business Awareness • Business and Technology Trends of Cards and Consumer Banking • Business Process Management, Methods and Tools Non-Technical Skills • Good leadership skill, organizational ability and time management • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with senior business users and IT. • Highly result oriented and can work independently. • Work well with peers from both business and technology stakeholders and interact. • Ability to plan and prioritise work / projects in the team • Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with internal and external parties.
