Account Executive Position Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may be considered). Familiarity with financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts reconciliation. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, Auto Count, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Authority: Process supplier invoices and post them to the system. Process and reconcile bank statements. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage financial records, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and bank transactions. Prepare financial forecasts for receipts and payments to support budgeting. Oversee payments, excluding salary disbursement. Assist with ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required.
