Responsibilities • Issuing invoices and quotations • To operate MYOB accounting software • Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, ledger updates, and reconciliation of accounts. • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets. • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports. • Monitor and manage cash flow, bank accounts, and transactions. • Process payroll and employee reimbursements. • Liaise with banks and financial institutions as needed. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. • Prepare periodic financial reports for management review. Requirements • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. • Certification in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB) is a plus. • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (entry-level for Assistant, mid-level for Executive). • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. • Strong problem-solving skills for resolving discrepancies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
