Project Engineer cum Draughtsman

• Ensuring smooth progress of projects and completion of project within cost, time and quality standard • To assist the Project Manager to plan, monitor and control daily activities at project sites. • Plans and monitors the work progress of the team for compliance with standards and with the detailed development plan • Overall responsible for all site operations in terms of progress, quality and safety of work • To plan, organize, implement and monitor assigned project • To ensure minimal wastage at site and ensuring that housekeeping is regularly performed • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing the information, data, and results. • Prepare architectural drawings – including floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details. • Prepare civil and structural drawings such as site plans, drainage, roads, slopes, water piping, building foundations, and concrete structures. • Update architectural drawings based on feedback from architects, clients, or local authorities (PBT). • Assist in the preparation of tender and construction drawings. • Organize and maintain drawing files systematically for current and future reference. • Operate AutoCAD software efficiently and accurately.
