We are looking for a passionate and driven E-Commerce Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, including marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada), company e-store, and social commerce platforms. This role requires a mix of sales strategy, digital marketing know-how, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of online sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our company e-store. Monitor and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy across all e-commerce platforms. Plan and execute online sales campaigns to achieve monthly revenue and growth targets. Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches, digital content, and promotional materials. Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize conversion and ROI. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales service to ensure excellent customer experience. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock accuracy. Research industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce or digital sales (FMCG or retail industry preferred). Familiar with online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada), CMS systems, and social commerce tools. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Analytics is a plus.
