JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a Programme Assistant to provide administrative, logistical, and coordination support for our programmes. The ideal candidate will assist in programme planning, data management, stakeholder communication, and documentation to ensure smooth execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Programme Coordination & Administration • Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of programme activities. • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and training sessions. • Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met. 2. Data Entry & Documentation • Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases for programme activities. • Handle data entry, participant tracking, and programme documentation. • Prepare summary reports, presentations, and official documents as needed. • Ensure proper record-keeping and filing systems for easy access to information. 3. Stakeholder Communication & Support • Act as a liaison between programme teams, vendors, and external partners. • Assist in drafting emails, newsletters, and official communication materials. • Respond to inquiries and provide relevant information to stakeholders. 4. Logistics & Event/Programme Support • Arrange venues, travel, and logistics for programme-related activities. • Assist in registration, attendance tracking, and material preparation. • Ensure smooth execution of workshops, webinars, and training sessions. Requirements & Qualifications: 1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Programme Management, Communications, or a related field. 2. 1-3 years of experience in programme coordination, administration, or a related role. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom or any other related 4. Strong data entry & record-keeping skills. 5. Experience in drafting emails, reports, and official documents. 6. Excellent organizational & time management skills 7. Proficient in English and Bahasa Language with excellent communication skills in both verbal and in writing. 8. Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and integrity. 9. Able to support overtime work if needed 10. Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Preferred (Bonus Skills): - Basic understanding of cybersecurity is an added advantage
