The successful candidate will bring extensive global experience and an international outlook, especially within the education sector. This role requires a candidate with a proven track record in cross-border business development, international stakeholder engagement, and familiarity with global education trends, particularly in premium or British-style education environments. The position is especially suited to professionals with international backgrounds who can contribute unique global perspectives to the Group’s growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: MTT Learning Academy (Initial Scope) Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance international brand positioning and school expansion. Conduct market analysis focused on international education trends and global competitor landscapes. Forge strategic alliances with international institutions, corporate partners, and educational stakeholders. Integrate global best practices in education innovation and digital learning. Ensure alignment with both local regulations and international education standards. Corporate Strategy & Innovation (Future Scope) Lead group-wide initiatives with an emphasis on international expansion and diversification. Identify and evaluate new global business ventures. Champion innovation using global insights and practices to improve operational excellence. Cultivate cross-sector collaboration using international benchmarks and strategic models. Competencies & Skills: Global strategic mindset with adaptability to multicultural settings. Entrepreneurial approach with a strong foundation in international business development. Proven ability to lead diverse, globally distributed project teams. Cultural fluency and sensitivity in international collaboration. Data-driven decision-making and financial acumen. Key Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Education Management, or related fields. Familiarity with international education systems, including regulatory frameworks and accreditation standards.
