Job Purpose:

To lead and execute high-quality visual designs across all platforms including advertising, promotions, in-store display, video content, and social media—ensuring a consistent and impactful brand identity for MediFeet.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Designing

- Develop visually compelling designs for marketing materials including posters, brochures, bunting, signage, catalogs, packaging, and point-of-sale (POS) items.

- Maintain and uphold MediFeet’s visual brand identity across all mediums.

2. Display Merchandising Design

-Design and propose in-store visuals, window displays, and seasonal merchandising materials in alignment with promotional campaigns.

- Work with the retail team to visualize product placement and customer flow through impactful display concepts.

3. Video Content Creation

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for product highlights, brand storytelling, testimonials, and event coverage.

- Adapt video content for use across various platforms including social media, website, and retail screens.

4. Advertising & Promotion Support

- Design advertising materials for both digital (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads) and print media (flyers, magazine ads).

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns with cohesive visuals.

5. Social Media Design

- Create eye-catching content for social media platforms including posts, reels covers, stories, ads, and highlights.

- Stay current with social media design trends and apply creative direction to boost engagement.

Requirements:

-Minimum 5 years of working experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro and After Effects are a plus).
