You should be willing to develop a critical understanding of the abuse and policy issues and be comfortable reviewing a large volume of apps to help us keep our store policy compliant. • Perform a wide variety of application policy reviews • Take action on violating apps • Master policy knowledge to ensure high quality app reviews • Provide insights on Application trends and contribute to policy update initiatives in support of the client's mission; • Review content and posts and classify according to policy • Make decisions to keep or remove content through ambiguity • Demonstrate thorough understanding of online videos and social media products • Understanding of cultural context while reviewing content • Be adept at constant policy updates & changes • Resolve queued transactions within the service level agreements. • Working towards creating a positive environment and improving user experience online • Resolving inquiries according to defined policies and procedures • Fulfilling base productivity and quality requirements Additional Requirement • Fresh graduates to 6 months of experience in call centers are encouraged to apply • Able to speak and read Vietnamese, including Northern/Central/Southern Vietnam dialects and English to support applications from Vietnam, including Northern/Central/Southern Vietnam • Candidates are required to pass Vietnamese dialects, including Northern/Central/Southern Vietnam and an English assessment test • Candidates must at least live in the Northern/Central/Southern region of Vietnam, for at least more than 5 years • Ability to work on holidays and weekends, including rotational shifts as directed by their team • Passion for ensuring a world-class user support experience • Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills.
