  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing tech team building a cutting-edge real estate application powered by AI in the cloud. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that fuel our AI/ML models and analytics dashboards. Key Responsibilities Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process data from various sources (CRM, APIs, property listings, user activity, etc.) Work closely with Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers to provide clean, structured, and accessible data for AI models. Build and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and streaming platforms on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure). Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems. Collaborate with backend engineers to support real-time data processing. Optimize data storage and access for performance and cost-efficiency. Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for data pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role Proficient in SQL and Python (or Scala/Java) Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, AWS Glue, dbt) Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS (S3, Redshift, EMR), GCP (BigQuery), or Azure (Data Lake, Synapse) Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and schema design Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus Strong understanding of data privacy and security best practices
