1-Ensure proper planning for timely execution of orders, allocation and stock purchasing to meet customer delivery dates. 2-Ensure all orders are in order, such as price, discounts, trade-in, and any other promotions are correctly reflected and indicated in Retail Customer Order and authorized by Outlet Manager. 3-Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize monthly sales of responsible Sales Advisor team. 4-Plan to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly target set by Distributor, aligning with company sales policies and strategies. 5-Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that high professional standards is achieved and monthly sales target and other KPIs set by 6-Distributor are met. 7-Manage Sales Advisors to ensure targets are delivered through people management performance review, reward and individual recognition. 8-Recruit new staffs into the team – focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that they perform well through coaching and monitoring skills. 9-Conduct regular sales and business review to evaluate Sales Advisor performance. 10-Prepare daily sales report to management. Prepare and report monthly, quarterly and yearly sales performance to management on monthly basis. 11-Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
