SENIOR EXECUTIVE - QUALITY CONTROL AND R&D

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Conducting official plant trials, external lab trials, monitoring in-situ concrete performance on site and providing technical data or specifications required by clients and internal departments. • Develop new concrete mix designs and chemical admixtures for specific designs and raw material sources. • Assist client on the technical application of new products. • Assist the QC manager in all technical and quality aspects of the concrete mixing. • Assist the QC manager for raw material management (identification, proposal, and testing), and samples from external parties. • Oversee the in-house laboratory and manage the calibration and maintenance of lab equipment. • Conduct sampling QA/QC test for finished goods produced by the Production team. • Prepare COA and maintain proper documentation for production and laboratory process. • Produce final product brochure. • Purchase required testing equipment when necessary. • Support Manager on the documentation for ISO certification. • Other ad hoc assignments as assigned. KEY REQUIREMENTS • Proficient in both written and spoken English • Knowledge in concrete mix design, construction technology and material science • Familiar with concrete fundamentals, admixtures technologies and applications. • Familiar with ACI, ASTM and BS / EN standards or specification • Knowledge in concrete laboratory test, relevant standards and specifications • Excellent in interpersonal communication skills • Good organizational skills and attention to details
